Clients often approach Zenith Technology Solutions Inc. with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really helped the agency grow and evolve with the Electronic Signature Solution.
Electronic Signature Solution is a technology-specific process used to authenticate identity and to verify the integrity of signed electronic records. When used as a signature documenting the signer’s intent, it can provide evidence that a specific individual signed the electronic record and that the electronic record was not altered after it was signed. Electronic signatures can be generated by many standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Reader and can be used to sign the documents or forms created by those applications with the electronic signature itself embedded within the actual file. The recipient of a signed document can use a electronic signature as evidence to a third party that the signature was, in fact, generated by the claimed signer.
Today, this Federal Agency is doing exceptionally well, and we’re proud to have been part of the process.

An Innovative Solution
Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked on this project for several months and the end result was truly spectacular.
An Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) was implemented for the management of digital documents, along with tracking and storage to reduce paper. This system was also capable of keeping a record of the various versions created and modified by different users (history tracking).
By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was able to progress by leaps and bounds.

We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective website - and then watched it grow.
A website for a IT Consulting Firm was designed and developed. The website was then made into a fully functioning website which could accept job applications, online shopping and general inquiries of their products.
We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

This was a classic example of multiple projects rolled into one with a tight deadline. Oftentimes the complexities involved in a deliverable is realized during the planning phase. When Zenith TSI was bought into this project the client was in the middle of the planning phase. With open communication and an iterative approach this project was delivered with a robust solution on time.
